They are Republicans. They are not happy with their ticket, they just hate the black in the Whitehouse.

And given how a number of prominent republicans were already basically calling Biden the winner an hour into the debate, it would seem that CBS' has more credible numbers.

Either that or they worded their questions a hell of a lot differently, like CBS asking "who won the debate", and CNN asking "did this debate change who you were voting for" and scoring who people said they were going to vote as who won, and having too many Romney supporters in their poll from the start of the debate.

6. Looking at things objectively:

I said last week during the debate that Obama was losing badly.

I'm just as convinced this week that Biden won. And it wasn't even close.

As I said in another thread tonight, I was watching the squiggly lines and they started moving up as soon as Ryan started talking, before he had even completed a sentence/thought. It was ridiculous. and patently obvious the panel was not composed of true undecideds.

Won't go to CNN, but read on Daily Kos that the CNN panel was composed of 33 percent R and 31 percent Dem. Not sure I believe that, but regardless, the weighting certainly reflects the poll results differently than the "undecideds" on the CBS panel. Sounds like the CNN panel was decided before it started.

does not mean skewing the audience in order to get a near 50/50 result.

I really believe they think an 'impartial leaning towards right' slant will garner them viewers. It's past time for CNN to be put down.

seriously. Those of us on DU for the past decade remember this. They called together a group of republicans and asked them HOW they could be the new fox... I think it was Isaacson that did this. I never forgot it.

Wolf Blitzer, et all, are hacks. I miss the days when CNN was owned by Ted Turner.. wish he had never sold it.
