You know he is going to caught. Why doesn't he just quit. If he manages to win, the truth will come out and he is going to hurt this country. Much like John Edwards, they think they can keep it up forever, but the truth is going to come out. Does he really thing he can POTUS and no one is going to back check those other ten years of returns?

You got to think there is someone out there who could leak this. I would willingly lose my professional license and go to jail for a year or two if I could get this to the public.

I doubt it would even make a blip on Assange's record.

Romney is firmly mired in the cover-up at this point. He has taken so much damage for that alone that an actual disclosure at this point would scarcely change things. As it is, we can tickle him with it whenever we wish, and every time he'll have to tell a new lie about it.

Even if it were possible for Romney to completely exonerate himself, Romney's evasion has so damaged public perception of his character that the disclosure wouldn't be believed by a tens of millions of voters, and would probably draw attention to his consistent dishonesty about it instead.

But what it can do is further damage Republicans in 2014. If Romney is concealing actual, criminal behavior, as Edwards allegedly was, Romney's trial would be big news right around the time of the critical mid-term House and Senate elections.

Mitt Romney may be the worst Presidential candidate Americans have ever seen, and the proof of it will come if Romney not only manages to lose his own election, deny the Republicans a chance to gain control of the Senate, and erode or end their lead in the House this year, but to also negatively affect the outcome of the mid-term elections of 2014, by having to stand trial for tax evasion.
