I will not vote for a candidate under federal investigation

No one and no membership in an organization or group should compel or encourage me to vote for a candidate under federal investigation for very serious crimes. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Everyone deserves their day in court. Doesn't mean I have to make their problem mine or let them drag me or the Democratic Party down while they figure it out.

This is yet another issue of judgement, that she herself admitted mistakes on. Any possible GE or presidency will have this cloud hanging over it permanently. The teapublicans will beat her with that stick every chance they get. Have we been here before? Never left. Does it mean we should willing sign on and have to rehash these fights over and over again? That we should allow very precious oxygen to be sucked out of the room and derail the very important things we want done as Democrats because of an issue we are as much a victim to as anyone else? Hell no.

As recently as a speech I heard yesterday Clinton was talking about love and unity and making the country whole again.
If she really means that than withdraw now with dignity, on your own terms, and give this issue the attention it deserves. Have your day in court and be well. The country will be in good hands with Bernie.

I doubt you are in anyway that ignorant of current events so I will assume your playing games. The time for games and willful ignorance has long passed.

I know you'd prefer that she go down in flames but, let's face it, that's not happening.

The word used is "investigation".
The Director of the FBI, in testimony before Congress, stated:
""What I can assure you is that I am very close personally to that investigation to ensure that we have the resources we need, including people and technology, and that it's done the way the FBI tries to do all of it's work: independently, competently and promptly."

Show me a current article or news release from the FBI or DOJ that says that this is a review and not an investigation. every article I provided is current and every one of them used the word "investigation" .

in worst shape if Bernie wins. If he is the nominee I will vote for him. But he has no experience. He will probably make Cornell West his National Security Adviser and Nina Turner is Secretary of State.

Just wondering.
That being said, YOUR CANDIDATE became SoS with no more experience than being a Senator for a couple of years.

Our president, the best of the modern era, started as a community organizer. He was only a state and US senator for a handful of years. He hired your candidate with only a couple years as a US senator, her only official government experience.
Nina Turner has been in state government, an activist and is exceptionally educated and well spoken.

Dr. Cornell West is American philosopher, academic, social activist and author. He is a uniquely qualified person and would do well at any job.

After serving 8 years as Mayor of Burlington, 16 years in the United States House of Representatives, 10 years in the United States Senate;

where he served on many committees Representing the Democratic party such as the:

Committee on the Budget (Ranking Member)
Committee on Environment and Public Works
Subcommittee on Clean Air and Nuclear Safety
Subcommittee on Green Jobs and the New Economy
Subcommittee on Transportation and Infrastructure
Committee on Energy and Natural Resources
Subcommittee on Energy
Subcommittee on National Parks
Subcommittee on Water and Power
Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions
Subcommittee on Children and Families
Subcommittee on Primary Health and Aging (Ranking Member)
Committee on Veterans' Affairs (chairman)

I can assure you, that after all those years as an elected official.

He is someone who understands what one has to do in the job in partnership with Congress, governors and mayors.

I dare say more so than Hillary on such matters with her limited experience as a first lady Which is not an elected or appointed position with no actual government responsibilities other than ceremonial ones, a one and a half term Senator in a State not her own that she actually knew little about before being groomed for the position, and a one term appointment as The Secretary of state.

That and Spending her time cozying up to enough billionaires, corporations, hedge funds, and banks to become a multimillionaire, but I think that experience is a weakness and not a strength as she will be beholding to many of them for those millions of dollars invested in her.
