Apparently Mitt Romney was arrested for disorderly conduct in 1981. Did any of you know about this?

Mittens states that the kids were in the car wondering why they weren't getting on the boat and then says "There I was dripping wet in a bathing suit" at the time he was arrested and cuffed. That doesn't make sense.
