Clinton opens up 14 point national lead in Reuters poll.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has widened her lead over Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) to 14 percentage points, according to an Ipsos/Reuters national poll released Thursday.

The poll showed support for Clinton at 54 percent, while Sanders stood at 40 percent. This is a wider lead for Clinton than in the Ipsos/Reuters poll conducted in mid-February, which showed her leading Sanders 53 percent to 42 percent. This result comes in the wake of a series of major victories for Clinton in state primaries.

What is the delegate lead now? 197? I'll be watching that, I think. Clinton now has 115% of her targeted delegate count. Bernie has 84%.

Unless those percentages change, there's only one candidate with a path to the nomination. I'll just keep watching at:

Stacked primary schedule and a MSM all-in for the corporate candidate should be expected to generate this result. Now we see if the progressive side can turn it around. I'm not altogether hopeful, but it's too important a matter to give up.
