Some photos from last night's Bernie rally, in East Lansing (Courtesy of my brother)

A friend of his had an extra ticket, and since he had a roller derby scrimmage in Lansing, anyway, well, it was just meant to be.

We had just come through a massive snow storm and it was bitter cold, but he said the crowd was huge and the energy was amazing.

He was using his not so fancy phone to take the photos so they are not the best quality, but Bernie does seem to GLOW, at the podium!

It takes a hardy constitution to be a winter time activist in Michigan!

Lol - this 74 y/o man with crazy white hair & wild hand gestures has become an icon especially with millennials.

Who'd ever thunk it?

It is a college town (GO SPARTANS!) so that should't be too surprising. It was the turn out of under 25's that really impressed him.
