About that supposed 14 point lead "Opened Up" by Clinton per Ipsos/Reuters...um, no

Normal fluctuation. They showed:
2/6-2/10 55-43
2/13-2/17 53 - 42
2/20-2/24 49-44
2/27-3/2 54-40

MOE: 2.9 ~550 polled. Fluctuation, all within moe.
