1. that's based on a single ABC poll this morning; he's waiting for more data

and this may be a duplicate post. I read this in another thread earlier, I think in 2012.

2. Yes, Nate Silver said he would raise it to 66 from 63 based on the ABC poll, BUT

He was waiting to see the rest of today's polls before making that final.

I just posted this morning's Rasmussen poll which shows Romney dropping from +2 to +1, so that should help Obama.

In a few hours when the Gallup poll comes out if Romney also goes down then we will know the tide is turning.

...unless they're moving it back a few days to catch reaction after the second debate.
