That's what people are saying this morning, from what I can tell.
I'd much prefer the Prez to get the last word!

(11,464 posts)I am convinced btw, that Obama going first allowed Mitt to lie like he did, as the first two minute question was answered Presidentially by our President
going first allows the other to attack and also allows our President to have the last word, even more important.
BTW-just because it is at Hofstra, does not mean 100% of the audience is NYC(as Hofstra is NOT in NYC but considered on the Island(long Island). And ringers will be in the audience
(like the ahole Rep. Peter King of long Island, the big mouth Mr.911 man who will most likely get the first response after debate.(and the last word leading into it).
also beware of Candy Crowley NEVER in decades, a friend of democrats.
