He bragged in a TV-interview that the libyan army will destroy the rebels in Benghazi before the international community had even finished debating the situation.

How trustworthy is such a person?

If you were the crown-prince of a dictatorship, what would you do and say to stay in power?

11. Issue is Hillary getting emails from a guy getting paid by her husband

AFTER Obama banned him from access/influencing his regime.

Then (if I get this right) Hillary's team did the old "cut-n-paste" and didn't SOURCE the "banned guy" when presenting data to Obama.

I am not sure why Obama isn't cutting her throat over this ...?

ON EDIT: Plus bonus, if the ousting of the bad guy could have been done without bloodshed via democracy, the whole "bomb the citizens" is bad judgment/disrespect of human lives but that part is speculation.

http://www.theguardian.com/world/2011/jun/27/muammar-gaddafi-arrest-warrant-hague

Prospects for a negotiated solution to the Libyan crisis receded further on Monday after the international criminal court (ICC) issued arrest warrants for Muammar Gaddafi and his son Saif al-Islam over crimes against humanity allegedly committed during anti-regime protests.

The court, which is based in The Hague, also issued a warrant for the Libyan intelligence chief, Abdullah al-Senussi, at the request of the ICC's chief prosecutor.

Libyan sources said Belarus, which is not a signatory to the ICC treaty, may be an exile location for Gaddafi, though Gaddafi himself has insisted he will not leave Libya. In power since 1969, he is only the world's second serving head of state to be issued with an ICC arrest warrant.

Sums it up rather nicely. An international war criminal is not an opinion for nation-rebuilding.
