8 years of obstructionism! Tell it Big Dawg!

God I love the Big Dawg when he takes on the Republicans.

Great speech yesterday highlighting 8 years of Republican bullshit.

The Republicans are making a big stink about it today with comments like "Billy Bill is losing it" "Proof the Clintons don't get along with Obama" "He's Bizarre" "He's High" ---hell some Republicans are now calling him "Billy Bob".

Fucking shit nob Republicans!

Step by step.

Can we begin by agreeing that Bill Clinton is neither stupid nor suffering from Alzheimer's or similar?

Can we agree that not only is Bill Clinton not stupid, he is actually highly intelligent?

Can we agree that it would be the height of stupidity for Bill Clinton to criticise the Obama administration, FOR WHICH HIS WIFE (a current primary contestant) WORKED? To which she has hitched her wagon, publicly stating she will continue Obama's progress?

So lay it out for me. How does this work? Why on earth would he say something like that? And how on earth can any rational, thinking person not know that he was talking about GOP obstructionism?

Seriously, I try to be as polite as possible, but this? This is dumb.

--there is no question that Bill is saying we need to return to the 90's, his presidency. He lumps Obama in with Dubya.

Even IF he meant to add the technicality "because of GOP obstructionism"--it is obvious that he is saying Obama's was a presidency as disastrous as Dubya's.

When I saw the video I did a double take. It seemed like a bit of truthiness slipped out....

Supporters, pundits and the Clintons can try to walk this back, but good luck with that. I am SURE the Obamas are like WTF!?

He should have been much more careful about how he talks about the BO presidency. I think we can all agree on that?

It reminds me of a Michael Lewis book I read (Flash Boys I think), where they build a dedicated high-bandwidth line from Chicago to New York just so high-speed traders could get information from one exchange to another a few milliseconds faster. Gotta wonder if there's a line dedicated to getting stories from the Washington Times to GDP.

To posit that Bill Clinton, who even the people who hate him the most admit is hugely intelligent, would be criticising the Obama administration in the middle of a primary is the sort of ridiculous claim that a Republican might make.

Then again, I see all sorts of odd things on DU these days.

Bill had every opportunity to mention the GOP or obstructionism but didn't.

Has not been keeping up with history in the last eight years. Bill Clinton knows obstruction, he lived it while he was president. It is terrible to have paid the obstructionist big dollars to obstruct and they failed on their original plan of stopping President Obama from having a second term.

Good post, trumad.

Watching the Republicans bust a nut about it is awesome!

PS: I am absolutely delight to see 100 percent of DU coming together to give the Big Dawg props for going after Republicans.

It is so refreshing to see Bernie and Hillary supporters saying---Yeah Big Dawg---kick those Republicans in the balls!
