Gary Johnson will be on most state ballots. So is his name being included in the polls?

And who will he be taking votes away from? I read some speculation that pro-legalized pot Dems in Colorado might vote for Johnson, but I'd been assuming he'd draw more voters from the economic libertarians on the GOP side.

His name is almost never on the polls, but when it is, it shows him taking votes from Rmoney. nt jenmito Oct 2012 #1
I concur. When his name was included in the few polls, it appears he is taking votes from Romney. LisaL Oct 2012 #7

Virgil Goode could cost Mitt Romney Virginia — and the election

October 15, 2012
Former Virginia congressman Virgil Goode, the presidential nominee of the Constitution Party, which is on the ballot in about 25 states, could cost Mitt Romney the 2012 presidential election, The Business Journals reported.

Goode is on the ballot in Virginia, where he represented a large congressional district in the middle of the state for 12 years. Republicans fought to keep Goode off the Virginia ballot, fearing he will win votes that otherwise would go to GOP nominee Mitt Romney. Virginia is a must-win for Romney, and a few thousand votes in this swing state could make the difference as to who will be president in 2013.

if he takes a few thousand votes away from Mittens I might finally have a good(e) word to say about him.

ETA: Alas, I should have mentioned that he pronounces it "gewd" (rhymes with "rude&quot so there's nothing good about him after all. But if he goos up Mittens' chances in VA, it's all good.

so I expect he will take votes from Romney. Stein is also on our ballot (Green Party). It varies by state but those are our 4 choices.

I find it interesting that Gary Johnson lawn signs say "The People's President" ... does that mean, to conservatives, he's a communist?
