Is there any reason that every state don't have the same

regulations??? Like early voting, and that every effort is made so everyone wanting to vote can vote.. votes should be counted by hand with both repugs and dems watching the counting..not left up to the people(whatever party they are)that are in power at the time in their state..this whole voting system is set up to steal...
