Both my sister and I (sis lives in Seattle) received our ballots yesterday. The website says to give it up to 5 days. If you don't receive your ballot by then, call Elections to pick up another one. If you're in a more rural part of WA, it might take longer.

I'm in Snohomish County (Bothell), and drove up to Wall St & Rockefeller to drop off my ballot. I met a well-dressed hooker going to court on the way. Apparently, we were both lost.
