The FBI’s Interview of Hillary Clinton Will Save Obama’s Legacy and Nominate Bernie Sanders

While Hillary Clinton fights for the Democratic presidential nomination, law enforcement officials tell Al Jazeera America the Federal Investigation into her personal email system while she was Secretary of State has reached a critical stage.


The FBI, led by Director James Comey, has now finished examining Clinton’s private emails and home server. And the sources add that Comey’s FBI team has been joined by the Justice Department prosecutors. Together, they are now examining the evidence, analyzing relevant laws, and attempting to arrange interviews with key figures in the investigation.


Those interviews, according to attorneys, will include former State Department aides Philippe Reines, Former Clinton Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, and Clinton herself.


Soon after those interviews — in the next few days and weeks — officials expect Director Comey to make his recommendation to Attorney General Loretta Lynch about potential criminal charges.


Thus, the closing chapter in a year-long FBI probe could likely end in the FBI’s “recommendation to Attorney General Loretta Lynch about potential criminal charges.” With Bryan Pagliano’s immunity deal and interviews of Clinton and her associates scheduled at the end of the investigation, criminal indictments seem imminent.

Yes the GOP started this whole thing kinda via Benghazi. In that bullshit GOP thing it was discovered that Clinton had her own email server. Skip ahead 1500 Benghazi hearings later and a Hacker in Romania hacked into a bunch of Famous USA peoples email accounts. One of them being Sidney Blumenthal. The Hacker then sent some emails to Wikileaks and they published them and the emails matched some from the printed emails Clinton Turned over that where not public. This got Obama admin to become alarmed. So AG was tasked with setting up a investigation of this. So FBI took the server and backup servers used to look at them. Sot his is not a RW made up scandal but investigation that WH was worried about and tasked FBI with. The GOP congress are actually being very quiet about this because they are praying for the GE and chance to unleash it on Clinton. I mean look at all hoopla they made over a made up bullshit Benghazi thing. This one actually could be something if the FBI found anything.
