Just couldn't help myself today.

I went in to donate some items to the local R.E.A.C.H. store and as always they were happy and eager to receive the donations. However, a couple of volunteers taking in the items were wearing Romney/Ryan buttons and of course that sort of bothered me. Well, actually, it bothered me a lot. After I left, the more I thought about it the more it bothered me, so I finally had to call them to confirm that they were a non-profit organization. They are. Soooooooo....I suggested that they ask their workers not to wear political paraphernalia since they might be risking their tax-exempt status. They didn't say anything so I guess they didn't like my suggestion.

We really ought to do away with non-profit and church tax exemptions as they do not abide by the the law and no one seems to want to prosecute them.

Oh, forgot to mention the bumper sticker I saw today..."Anyone but Obama". Well, the GOP is certainly trying to fulfill that dream.
