caucus. We have a wonderful mail in ballot primary that we Washingtonians love, but the party decided otherwise.

3. Nevada Caucus just started in 2008, they used to have primaries.

They have a caucus because that's what the Party wanted to have. No Democrat alive has as much experience with the Nevada Caucus as does Hillary Clinton, who has been part of the entire Nevada Caucus history thus far.
