The shit Hillary supporters are posting before she gets smoked in WI...

...is hilarious.

I think "token gate" is my favorite. Particularly from supporters of a candidate who freely admits she's exclusively used a private driver for over 20 years.

Classic Clinton.

I looked it up and they only stopped taking tokens in 2003. Bernie hasn't lived or worked in NYC for over 50 years. Does anybody think he is taking the subway as a Presidential candidate with Secret Security protection in tow? They wouldn't allow it even if he wanted to.

When the Daily News guy asked Bernie about the subways and Bernie said he knew his way around, I'm guessing he meant that he could still tell you what stops he took when he was growing up in Brooklyn.

How desperate for an issue and how empty does your campaign have to be to resort to this?

He said he rode a subway last year, and he did.

He was later asked how do you ride the subway, and that's where he made the 'token' comment .. that was a 'mistake', not a lie.

Maybe he just used the most 'generic' term -- people who most of their lives growing up in NYC are probably used to useing the term 'token' when using the subway? Maybe he used more than one subway in the last year as he made his way around the country and just didn't remember which ones you can use coins, vs tokens, vs passes, etc.

It's not like he claimed he road the subway under sniper fire ... oh, but that would be no big deal for someone like you, would it?

I don't remember when MTA finally fixed the kink bug, but I've been paying on my MetroCard and still carry one around in my wallet, even though I haven't been to New York for awhile. They are making it really difficult for me to support Secy Clinton in November if she gets the nod. My only hope is that something will intervene to protect us all from such a calamity. Like Bernie getting the nod.

All the national polls show that Bernie wins hugely against any putative GOP nominee, and Hillary... not so much. The reason? She does not do well with independents and Bernie does. In case anybody's paying attention, the independents are how one wins.

Hillary's nomination means that we lose in November.

82. That's what I'd do too if the alerter left no comment: vote to leave and without a comment.

If they can't be bothered to comment, neither can I.

31. K&R! Sanders in a likely blowout victory in WI as we speak and...

...people coming to DU to get info and the first 8 posts are about what a dork and what an incompetent and what a liar Sanders is! And with no substance whatsoever in these fluffy anti-Sanders posts!

I think that the Clinton campaign would've better employed their DU supporters by sending them out into the snow in WI to get their little fannies iced as they trudge around looking for Clinton voters.

41. When I ask why any of this drivel should cause me to support a candidate who is for war and fracking

and the TPP, etc. - I get crickets.

Also - hilariously, it is like a game to me at this point - when I ask why is it okay for Debbie DINO to openly support her GOP cronies down here, against Democrats, I have never gotten an answer. Never. Nunca. Jamais. Never.
So I don't take them seriously. Especially the ponderously verbose ones and the authoritarian ones.
Long live full ignore!

Happy to clear up your (very evident) confusion on that point.

Let me know if you need help with that whole "liberal" thing, too.

When your candidate is under FBI investigation, you call it "vetting" that Bernie said "token"???

You're apparently playing out of the league.

Well, this is nothing. Her supporters are not that adroit at the Clintonian games of parsing and triangulation and trying to re-articulate the subject. Yes, token-gate is really funny.

pushing this false message that NewYork is "Hillary's Home State".

And CRICKETS when talking about New York in regards to Bernie.

He was born and raised in Brooklyn NY.

You don't get any more "New Yorker" than that.

Just fed up with it.

81. Still to come:
Tue Apr 5, 2016, 08:47 PM

Bernie said he blows his noes with a "Kleenex instead of a handkerchief but actually used a "puffs"

Bernie claimed he was going to give a "Powerpoint" presentation with his speech, but he actually used "Keynote"

At the restaurant Bernie said he wanted a Coke, they came back with a Pepsi and he actually drank it, the man has no convictions.

Is still way behind and has gotten 2 1/2 million votes fewer than Clinton so far. If that is your idea of 'raging' have it.
