Which will prove to be more damaging to HRC? E-mails, or the Clinton Foundation?

I'm going with the Clinton Foundation. I do believe that HRC fucked up royally with her
e-mail set up, and probably broke some laws. Whether or not she will be indicted is questionable.
After all, she has a lot of pull. But the CF, especially in the refocused light of the Panama Papers
will show the sleazy dealings of the HRC SoS. I'll bet she is shitting bricks at this point.

I think the two issues are closely linked...IMO, I think the primary reason she decided to have a private email server off-grid was so she could run her pay-to-play operation through the Foundation without having the oversight that a .gov account would have had.

It was like organized crime in the DoS.

Even if she's innocent, there's no time to clear her officially. The case is too complex.

Which leaves the door wide open for the GOP to allege quid pro quo - and with no ability to clear herself officially, she'll take a beating in the polls.

Hillary: "I didn't take money ..."

GOP Candidate: "Why did you accept millions from Boeing and Saudi Arabia after you approved the sale of a bunch of Boeing F-15's to Saudi Arabia?"

Hillary "That was money to the Foundation. Not me!"

GOP Candidate: "Why did the Clinton Foundation that got these millions of dollars from Saudi Arabia and Boeing and others in weapons deals you approved as Secretary of State tallying $165 billion, pay Bill's friend and your email buddy, Sidney Blumenthal $110,000+ and pay your buddy, Huma Abedin? What charity work were they doing? We didn't see that in the emails."

ugh

Bernie's not vetting her but the GOP sure will as much of America who hasn't been paying attention starts to tune in.

Her email server issues are not RW crafted scandals. The FBI along with the DOJ and DoS are investigating and leaks show damning evidence.

Hill syrup peters need to come to terms with these facts.

and it really does look like it's going to end in revelations that she was selling our foreign policy to the highest bidder, and that Saudi and other Gulf state donations to the Clinton Foundation were the primary reason we went to war in Libya and (backhandedly in) Syria.

She sold us out. Literally.

That's the probable bottom line here, and we all know it's entirely consistent with everything she's about.

She's not going to get busted for mishandling classified info. She's going to get busted as a espionage agent on the payroll of foreign governments.

The dozens -- scores? -- of quid pro quo dealings all around the world, favors done or expected, often with unsavory counterparts, for immense sums of money ... so dense and convoluted that Charity Navigator can't figure it out ... feels like a criminal syndicate on a global scale ...

What a juicy project for the right investigative team. Could almost be fun.

Dems do seem to have an almost limitless capacity.

All the time they had a majority the joke was that they couldn't find a spine if it was shown on an x-ray.
Always the rotation of "centrists" to give the nod to the Republicans. Always.

The Dem voters keep rewarding it.
