(1,890 posts)I'm actually shocked that he would make this statement before the FBI finishes it's investigation. Wow. It's almost like he was trying to send a very public message to the FBI.

(11,785 posts)I think this, plus the extradition of Guccifer, is a hint that the FBI's going to be finishing up soon, and not in a way that will be positive for Hillary.

(11,366 posts)He's wrong. We KNOW her private server was unsecure and there is a chance it was hacked. This isn't debatable.
Maybe he needs to take a course in cyber security. I already know it since I've worked in it for nearly 10 years.

(11,785 posts)from the situation. There's enough wiggle room in there for him to come back and say, "I'm pleased the FBI investigation exonerated Secretary Clinton" or "I'm troubled by the revelations which have come forth during the investigation blah blah blah."
This was a big fat Not Me, and far from being an expression of confidence, it's a hint that Obama thinks there's a decent chance the FBI will recommend charges.
