(15,189 posts)Nobody should have to answer questions on that loser. And if Hillary Coattails wins, it's all we're going to hear about. And I hope they nag her about it ALL the time. It's the bed they made, now sleep in it.

(15,682 posts)You should see someone. Talk it out. Find out why you hate the woman who was betrayed.

(55,981 posts)I agree hatred is unhealthy so why do you hate the middle and working classes? Why do you choose to side with the Big Bullies, the rich fat cats? Do you admire their wealth? Do you think they might like you for your devotion?
Thousands of people live in poverty because of the greed of those you idolize. Not very Democratic.
The Clinton's main goal is amassing wealth and power. I guess you support those goals.
Fumesucker
(45,851 posts)And you are casting personal insults?
It's pretty obvious who here is in need of help and it isn't the poster you were addressing.

Um, no.
Fumesucker
(45,851 posts)Not doing that again.
The moment Clinton wins the nomination we will start hearing about Bill's predatory sexual escapades from the Republicans and we won't stop hearing about them until they are both out of the public eye. It will be blowjobs and blue dresses, Paula Jones, Gennifer Flowers, Bimbo eruptions and AirFuck One.

(31,525 posts)I've read about everything you mention and then some and all of it here on DU.
If those stories haven't sunk Hillary by now, they aren't likely to sink her now.

(5,275 posts)even compared to 2008, when Obama didn't go repub on her...this just might be a slightly different ballgame...
I doubt that in the depths of their consciousness, the Clintons and their crew are not looking forward to the onslaught...
the want the WH so badly they will just prepare themselves, or think they HAVE prepared themselves, for the coming attacks...
"Hilllary for President" puts a completely different aspect to the game...and the other side will have no problem getting out a cranked-up electorate...
Arkansas Granny
(31,525 posts)Most people have already heard it and bringing it up again isn't going to change many minds. Even that blue dress gets old after a while
djean111
(14,255 posts)He and his friends think of Bill as a Bevis and Butthead joke. No, the new to politics folks have not heard all of this, and when they do, they are disgusted. And they look stuff up now. The results of Bill's policies? They see that.
The minds that won't get changed are the minds that considered all politics corrupted, see a chance for a change with Bernie, and will not bother with politics again if Hillary is the nominee. They see her as the same old corrupted system. They are interested in the issues. And that is the Clintons' and the DNC's hubris, and it is the Clintons' and the DNC's fault.

(16,189 posts)People have such absurd ideas of what goes on in relationships and in people's heads.
Not interested in hearing about Bill Clintons sex life; I don't particularly blame him for his weaknesses/human fallibility but I sure as HELL DONT FAULT HILLARY and it pisses me off anytime anyone suggests that it reflects on HER.
The whole "if you were taking care of your husband at home" bullshit is misogynistic crap to start with. Women are not the guilt sponges of the world.
Arkansas Granny
(31,525 posts)I love your phrase "guilt sponges". That sometimes seems to be the case.
IdaBriggs
(10,559 posts)About this issue. She created a Vast Right Wing Conspiracy and insulted half the country rather than admit/believe her husband was screwing around.
It is a fair question to consider whether she is subject to blackmail if/when a similar situation occurs again. What purported DEMOCRATIC VALUES will she fling aside if ANOTHER blue dress incident occurs and she wishes to avoid public humiliation?
You may not remember the smears, insults and personal attacks she threw at her husband's paramours, but I do.
Bernie is classy, but I consider this a fair question.
lostnfound
(16,189 posts)No one had a right to know about his sex life except her. End of story. I don't care if she lied about it. No obligation to report on it or let the public in on their private secrets.
IdaBriggs
(10,559 posts)It also told us about the danger their marriage posed to national security because they were subject to blackmail and weakened him as a president.
I am not going to argue with you about this. I defended their right to privacy, but you may not remember he was being sued for sexual harassment because he pulled his penis out in front of a hotel worker, and she assured us it was a lie -- only it wasn't. He was an entitled hot mess.

(19,326 posts)for years & years, golf buds, you name it. And if you think Trump has no salacious
string of embarrassing accounts about Big 'dawg's sex life, then I have a lovely

Thing is though, it runs both ways with these two guys, i.e. Bill's bound to have a
lot on Trump as well. It would not be a pretty sight, these two outing each others
sleezy sexual dalliances.
