Who here remembers the great liberal website "Media Whores Online". If it still existed it would

have had a heyday with this primary and likely heavily cited on DU like it was in the old days.

Remember when Cindy Sheehan was repeatedly called an attention whore on DU?

And that was back in the old moderator days!

Yep. Corporate whore, media whore, attention whore… all perfectly acceptable on DU.

Now, the use of corporate whore causes mass fainting.

Livin in a liberal web forum bubble where that's a major outrage.

I guarantee you voters understand what someone means by "corporate whore" and they are more concerned with the problem it describes than they are offended by the word.

I can understand maybe somebody doesn't like this word but to be more outraged about it than about the problem it described is just plain dumb.
