2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumIt you hear the words "hard worker" and immediately assume "white" I suggest you examine your mind.
It is your own bigotry that substitutes "hard worker" with "white. The only Democratic politician in my lifetime that immediately equated "hard worker" with white people is Hillary Clinton.
And apparently, some of her supporters are on board with this bigotry. Apparently, when they hear the words, "hard worker", they think of white people.
For most liberals, leftists, Obama primary supporters; but, not some Hillary supporters, hard workers come from all walks of life.

(24,411 posts)push this racist drivel is not typical fringe. Most Hillary supporters would not suggest that addressing a crowd as "hard workers" means white workers only.
Tim Robbins was addressing a crowd of 28,000 people. Many were black, many were brown, many were white.
I don't know what this bizarre suggestion means, but I think even most Hillary supporters will reject this.
It's just stupid.

(29,257 posts)She said "hard-working Americans, White Americans" meaning precisely that White people are the hard workers.
In a bizarre twist, Hill fans remember only HALF of that dog-whistle and have somehow projected it upon Sanders, failing to remember that it was the comma separating those two phrases (as if the latter was a more precise definition of the former) that was the real offense.
They crack me the fuck up.
