Just curious because she says she's vetted.

(45,251 posts)Her baggage is why Reid, Kennedy, et al. backed Obama in 2008 instead of her.
But also, you need to define "baggage." If you mean something that has never been mentioned before ever, maybe not but I don't know. I don't have an oppo research team.
But the fact that something has been mentioned before doesn't mean it can't be mentioned again, even stuff about having someone with Bill's issues back in the White House.
If I were a high school U.S. history teacher, for example, I'd be plenty ticked off at Bubba. I taught high school for one school year and it was one of the top 5 hardest things I've ever done, not because of the work, but because of the behavior of high school kids. If I were still teaching, the thought of throwing in a unit on impeachment because of a perjury related to a blow job would give me nightmares. So, yeah, that was vetted, too. Doesn't mean no one will bring it up in an election, even if they get called sexist for it. Now that we are not in the thick of the minute by minute, will America vote to re-live all that crap or take a pass?
While we're on the subject, despite what devotees think or pretend to think, not being prosecuted for something does not equal being found not guilty.
