If this is an actual serious response then let me humor you. As most of us said the word and meaning had nothing to do with the faux outrage by the HRC clan, but the usage of the word even though it was clearly directed at the entity of the house and senate , was a poor choice since the word by itself is a loaded word. It was too crass, and should not have been used in my opinion. But people can get offended by it so best to steer away from it.

that said, no i did not agree with him.

i don't think calling corporate whores corporate whores is the least bit offensive and there was nothing for paul song to apologize for.

what else do you call someone who can be bribed with money to do a corporate master's bidding? the truth is ugly, and i think corporate whore is a good word for the ugly truth.

If I am going to complain about CP time based on the fact that there are many people who would feel devalued, I am going to be consistent.

That wording can reasonably be interpreted as sexist. It was a pretty sickening display, and I'm glad Bernie has the courage to apologize.

Right or wrong, it's in the past.

Like if Hillary released those transcripts, good or bad, it's done. You can get mad about what she said but that scab will heal. But when she doesn't. it will keep coming up over and over and that gets annoying to people, they really start to wonder why she doesn't release them. It makes it a bigger issue, they can imagine anything in their minds.

IMO

It was uncalled for. Bernie doesn't want to act like the Republicans. He and Hillary want to deal with the issues. Name calling whether it was directed at her or not is wrong.

I think it was very honorable of him.

It is okay to have your opinion about things, but when you have to get nasty then it is just very sad. Fighting on here is not helping support your candidate.

I'm sure he agreed 100% with the whore statement, but knew it would hurt him politically, especially in NYC. If he had really been outraged, he wouldn't have waited so long to object. Took him awhile to get the temperature of the electorate.

Calling a statement "inappropriate" is not the same as apologizing that his surrogate made the statement in the first place. He's getting credit were it's not due.
