The Scorpion and the Frog
A scorpion and a frog meet on the bank of a stream and the
scorpion asks the frog to carry him across on its back. The
frog asks, "How do I know you won't sting me?" The scorpion
says, "Because if I do, I will die too."
The frog is satisfied, and they set out, but in midstream,
the scorpion stings the frog. The frog feels the onset of
paralysis and starts to sink, knowing they both will drown,
but has just enough time to gasp "Why?"
Replies the scorpion: "Its my nature..."

(29,503 posts)She's set, her family's set, la-dee-da. Who cares about the middle class getting squeezed from all sides? Not her. Who cares about legal bribery corrupting our system of democracy? Not her.
She will do NOTHING to end a rotten electoral system that her served her and Bill so very well.

(111,104 posts)Also, I think Trump has been gathering more Democratic support than anyone here cares to believe. It is a dangerous game some are playing. I think Bernie has done a great job pulling the Democratic Party back from the brink and has forced Hillary to take positions she would not normally have taken, but if Bernie loses NY, it is very difficult to see a way he can win the nomination. Trump can win it all.
