So was Hillary for or against lifting payroll tax cap for Social Security?

Asked yes or no by the moderator, she dodged, filibustered and didn't answer.

Pressed again she hinted yes.

When Bernie said she didn't answer the question, she got angry and said she did, so he said Thank you for coming out in favor of it. Right after he said that she SHOOK HER HEAD NO.

Then she was pressed again she said Well, Yes, sort of.

That was the most bizarre exchange I've ever seen. Can't wait to see the video. Which was it?

Still has that Clinton snake dance. The look on her face says NO she does NOT support raising the cap. She thinks middle class IS $250,000.

There is a lot of money out there not being counted as income and can be used to get more contributions into Social Security.
