wow! the bernie folks are out in force on DU tonight..

too bad they did not watch the same debate I did. Hillary done herself proud! bernie looked like a windmill about ready to blow....red face,hands in constant motion, fingers pointing all over the place....and he blew out enough air to make a windmill turn.

although unlike reproductive rights, that one got dropped like a hot potato when passed to the other candidate. I wonder why?

Was it the second or third debate that they discussed medical marijuana. Actually I think it was two debates.

Difference here is, Sanders has a 100% pro-choice rating from NARAL and actually answered the question.

Hillary won't talk about marijuana and lets her surrogates like DWS go out and double down on sending sick people to prison for the "Crime" of easing their chemo nausea by smoking a joint.

brought them up in regards to the SC appointee. Too bad he didn't say (again) that Rowe is a litmus for him. We notice those things. Marijuana? I am not worried- the profits will make it irresistible to most states soon. Not so with abortion.

She's the one who has said she would be "open to restrictions" on abortion this cycle, not Sanders.

the word compromise. As far as I'm concerned anyone who is willing to compromise on any part of women's rights is not supporting women's rights.

woman and her doctor- which is what the compromise was. Only SBS fans think (but SBS will never say ) he can get full unrestricted access for all women, when he has never actually rolled up his sleeves and do more than say "me too" for women.

As far as I am concerned anyone who says "I Could Compromise on Abortion" is not a champion of women's rights. Certainly not one I would trust. YMMV

dealing with the much more restrictive laws we have in many states. He has signaled again and again, that it is not an issue on his agenda- other stuff is much more important. Always asking us to set aside the issue. Nope.

Anyone who actually cared enough to participate in, let alone follow the struggle for our reporodcutive rights knows better than that. To reduce it to a sound bite is ignorant.
