According to Brandwatch Social Media Results Bernie Won the Debate

Sanders: 59.5% Positive 40.5% Negative

Clinton: 48.4% Positive 51.6% Negative

Considering the social media community is youngish and very pro-Sanders and usually votes him up by much wider margins in online polls, Clinton did well. If she cuts into Sanders lead with that group, his chances will vanish.
