"She campaigned throughout Upstate, and she promised Upstate New York 200,000 jobs," Dadey said.
Dadey said not one job was created.
The topic was again part of Clinton's focus Friday. Before her rally, she talked with local business leaders about plans to support small business and manufacturing.
"While she was our U.S. Senator for eight years, she did not deliver jobs," Dadey said. "She cost us jobs."
