(6,719 posts)Maybe the last year was highly visible and it looked as if things were quick. Civil rights took time and is on-going even now. The right of women to vote took time. I do not know about unions. Equal pay is on-going. I have gay friends who waited decades to marry. Are you pulling my leg? I am not so quick when it is time to go to bed, smile.
