Hillary Clinton Is One of the Most Ethical (and Most Lied About) Political Leaders in America

If the headline of this piece blows some minds, you can thank three decades of relentless lies and smears by the conservative attack machine and its mainstream media enablers, who have labored to create an aura of corruption around Hillary Clinton. Hillary’s detractors on the right, left and center reel off a laundry list of unsupported accusations with an air of absolute authority, as though it is simply a given that she is a terrible, horrible, no-good human being.

And that is precisely the intention: Taint her through innuendo and guilt-by-association, throw enough dirt at her that voters develop an instant negative association with her name. Accuse, accuse, accuse until the accusation becomes the reality, and may the truth be damned.

Karl Rove, the Koch brothers, and billionaire conservative moneymen like Paul Singer have spent inordinate sums to paint a malignant picture of Hillary, using sophisticated propaganda techniques to render her toxic to the American electorate.

Sadly, many on the left imbibe and regurgitate these fabricated narratives, spewing falsehoods and filth at Hillary with gleeful abandon. They are joined by mainstream media operatives with personal vendettas like Maureen Dowd and the Morning Joe crew, whose venomous words reveal more about their own failings than about Hillary.

But the fact is this: no one has ever produced an iota of evidence that Hillary has behaved improperly because of a campaign contribution. No one has produced a scintilla of proof that there is a quid pro quo when it comes to her speaking fees. From Whitewater to Benghazi to her emails, nobody can point to a single instance of corruption or purposeful wrongdoing on Hillary Clinton’s part.

None. Zero. Ever.

I'm happy she's so ethical, but it's a shame she seems to have no common sense and has gifted the Republicans with a self-inflicted scandal for the upcoming general election.

No setting up fake corporations in other states to avoid paying their fair share of taxes like the Clintons did.

Sucks for you. Must be hard to have such an unethical candidate running against the most ethical in history.

Blue Nation Review's fake news blitz for Hillary

It’s disheartening that this diary’s image, tagged “propaganda” to illustrate Republican ‘truthiness’, is applicable to the Democratic primary. There’s been a flood of social sharing with articles from Blue Nation Review that are gushing about Hillary and strategically assuaging every doubt about her.

An article entitled “Hated By Insiders, Loved by the People – Hillary Clinton Is the Great American Populist” is compelling, because it addresses a frequent complaint about Hillary. It would be even more compelling if it was from independent media and not an organization owned by her PAC. It’s also written by Peter Dauo who isn’t a journalist and was the social media manager for Hillary in 08.

Dauo spent most of the past several months writing for a partisan blog called “Hillary Men”. He doesn’t qualify as a reporter, and his articles should be published as collateral by her campaign with full transparency into what it really is and who’s behind it all. Clinton surrogate David Brock used his PAC’s slush fund to acquire Blue Nation Review several months ago, and it has now ramping up with Dauo as his spinmaster, unleashing a deluge of astroturfing on the eve of the Iowa caucus. It recently ran a ridiculous piece of propaganda by Dauo stating that ‘Sanders is the establishment’, and the frequency of such “articles” is increasing as the primary contest intensifies.

Propaganda is undemocratic and undermines the principle of an independent media as the forth estate in our republic. This strategy is nothing more than disinformation, and is a deliberate effort to trick democratic voters to favor Hillary. We’d be unrelenting in our criticism if a republican did this and are responsible to keep our house clean.

Realized what a danger Hillary was to their defunct and failing party and figured she would be the death-knell. Hey, this may well be the case! It's abundantly clear that if ever thing that Hillary says and does is spun as some immoral or illegal and yet no proof is forth-coming, then the problem lies with the accusers (GOPers, and the BSers who echo those accusations and even sometimes originate them - Thanks Bernie!). That she is accused of so much and found guilty of none, is mighty convincing evidence that your OP is correct. Thanks.
