nothing had happened. Expected a photo op. There must have been an enormous vein of hubris discovered somewhere, where the 1% strip mine and leave the locals worse off then they were before.

But - that woman not only called him a liar, publicly, but felt compelled to release that to the press and all over the internet. Do these people not understand that everything gets checked these days? And that repudiation can be instant? Boggling.

The other day when the Daily Show was showing the clip of Ted Cruz being called out on lying by his own daughter my wife turned to me and said, 'I feel bad for him. He obviously loves his kids and she doesn't seem to like him very much.' It really was a human moment for Ted when he just hangs his head in shame as his daughter calls him out after he claims that his daughters sing Taylor Swift songs together. And we started talking about how when we can empathize with a person and we see them as a person it's impossible to really hate them. Then on the Nightly Show they talked about how Ted Cruz was against Dildos and she was right back to hating Ted Cruz.

I feel the same way about this woman, I feel bad that she looked foolish, but then when I realize how she went out of her way to try and hurt someone for her own benefit, well, I don't feel that bad for her. And I'd chalk his 'snub' of her more to the fact that he was focused on shaking hands with Bolivia's President Morales than greeting all the people in the room.

He wouldn't publicly snub someone like that, I'm sure he shook her hand later.

I don't remember which debate but they shows the candidates taking the stage (MOM was still in). And he didn't even turn to shake DWS hand as he walked by.

Well I can't fault him for that ..... she's been absolutely horrible towards his campaign, and made no secret of her dismissal and nastiness. Dirty dealings against a movement he's said over and over isn't about him - but about the direct needs of millions of people who see change as the only way they're going to make it. I imagine that hurts him more than anything. I'd snub her too. As someone else said ........ he is human.

He was headed to shake Morales' hand, and to his own seat which was on Morales' left.
That had nothing to do with where she was.
