2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumForget the FBI for a minute how many stupid things did Hillary do with her emails
She deleted tens of thousands of emails when she shouldn't have, she mishandled classified information, she had a Blackberry when they told her not to get one, she set up a private server without telling the president of United States, what else am I missing?
If you or i did this, we would be fired and thrown in jail, no if ands or buts.
What does this say about her judgment

(15,189 posts)She could kill puppies and kittens and they would find an excuse. They're like an abused spouse who makes excuses for their abuser.

(10,559 posts)Didn't allow government to respond to FOIA requests - 39 lawsuits pending.
Didn't use proper care in "disposing" of said emails.
Copies of the emails were in an unsecured location: her basement, a stick in her attorney's office, a computer store and the cloud.

I keep coming back to this, "How could she have made it any easier to view her emails?"

(24,411 posts)If you look at the Wikileaks searchable index of her emails, she communicated with Blumenthal on an almost-daily basis.
Mr. Blumenthal didn't have a security clearance. It is illegal to share classified information with someone who does not have a security clearance.
When the FBI asked Clinton to turn over her server, she deleted 30,000 emails. One of those emails titled, "Libya Security latest, Sid" she didn't hand over to the FBI. She deleted it. I'm not a lawyer, but failing to hand over evidence and deleting that evidence--after the FBI asked for it--surely isn't a good thing.
Here's a screenshot of Blumenthal's inbox. He was forced to turn over his emails--after the FBI discovered that Hillary had refused to turn over all of hers to them. Jesus people. Does any Hillary supporter care that this could implode our party?
