And I too have asked and searched, without finding much. Mostly, when you read the descriptions carefully, they say she "pressed" or "fought" for this or that – but not that she got it done. She's given partial credit for the CHIP program, but it's generally agreed that Ted Kennedy was the driving force behind it.

Other than that, she's made a lot of decisions I strongly disagree with.
