TALKING POINTS 101: Epiphany Time!!!

TALKING POINTS 101: Epiphany Time!!!

I will spell out precisely why Bernie does so well with white guys, and not so great with every other demographic group. Ready?

While I am not gay, I support LGBT rights.

While I am not black, I support civil rights, to include the Voting Rights Act and Affirmative Action. BLACKLIVESMATTER!!!

While I am not a woman, I support a woman's right to choose, and fair pay.

The Democratic Party supports ALL of those things - and that's GREAT!!!

But I'm an outsider looking in at those issues.

I'm not gay, black, or a woman. Where is MY representation?

There are some issues that matter to me personally and that pertain to ME, directly, as a straight, white man (Fair Trade, tariffs, collective bargaining, war & peace, etc.) which the Party has been neglecting.

The Democratic Party's "Big Tent" better make room for ME, as a straight, white man, or I'm going to go looking for REPRESENTATION somewhere else.

in our political process.

The only group more persecuted are Christians who wish to say "Merry Christmas."

This is the most honest Bernie Bro post ever.

No.

I am a Bernie supporter because he supports FAIR Trae instead of Free Trade, and isn't simply giving lip service to organized labor.

And yes, I did say LIP SERVICE TO ORGANIZED LABOR.

I think you wanted to try and mock my post - but you best take what I have said to heart. Millions of bona fide, real-deal Democrats are sick and tired of this nonsense.

We want Representation, and we're going to get it.

were mostly white guys? Are you sure?

I'm speaking as a 67 year old white woman who supports Bernie. Indeed, I don't offhand know a single woman in my age group who is for Hillary.

But never mind the ridiculous analysis, let's just reject the false factual premise that is obviously very counterproductive for a supposed Sanders supporter to claim:

does so well with white guys, and not so great with every other demographic group.

Nonsense. Overwhelmingly gets support from women and men under 45. Actual performance among Latinos debated.
