Bernie Sanders holds a massive 32-point lead over Hillary Clinton with voters under 50

Source: The Hill

Clinton holds a 2-point edge nationally over Sanders, 50 to 48 percent, among Democratic primary voters surveyed in the NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll published Monday.

Clinton held a 9-point lead in the survey last month, besting the Independent Vermont senator, 53 to 44 percent. In January, she led by 25 points, 59 to 34 percent.

Nationally, Sanders leads Clinton, 66 to 32 percent, among white men in the latest poll, 66 to 34 percent among those ages 18–49, and 69 to 29 percent among independents and Republicans.

Meanwhile, Clinton leads 62 to 35 percent among older voters and holds a big lead among Democrats, 59 to 40 percent, over the self-described democratic socialist.

The survey of 339 Democratic primary voters was conducted April 10-14 with a margin of error of 5.32 points.

We should give them two votes each.

OBTW, even when you include all voters, Hillary is barely tied for this race.

Right wing talking points. You sound exactly like a couple of my right-wing batshit crazy relatives with the above line and the "Wisdom understands that there is no free lunch."

What a bunch of hyperbolic nonsense.

This "free stuff" meme is pathetic and embarrassing.

of the quotient is foolish IMO. Sanders is unrealistic. He does not have the political coalition to achieve any of this.

The "carnival barker" you're referring to is the opportunistic, power-hungry, calculating hack of a former senator from New York who should have gone the fuck away years and years ago.

Making her SOS was one of Obama's biggest mistakes. If he really wanted to be the president of "hope and change", he should have let this '90s relic fade away into the dustbin of history like she so thoroughly deserves and not make her part of his administration.

Seriously, spare us. I'm 50 yo and have seen the $$trillions$$ spent on war and crap the doesn't benefit the American people one iota...in fact it ends up hurting us. Access to healthcare, higher education, day care, etc etc for everyone benefits everyone.

It's not "wanting free stuff", it's wanting a level playing field.

Well then. Let's go right ahead and cut off Hillary's social security and Medicaid voters on day one, then. Free stuff.

GD GOP talking points on a democratic website. Comments like that used to call for an express delivery tombstone pizza. Sigh.

This was from the CNN version about the same poll. Bernie is gaining on her with women and minorities.

The national poll found Clinton with a 15-point advantage among women, 57% to 42% -- down from a 20-point lead earlier this year. Sanders leads among men, 58% to 41%.

Clinton also leads among minority voters, 59% to 41%, a decline from her 30-point advantage in previous NBC News/Wall Street Journal polls.

Clinton's strongest group is those 50 and older. With them, she leads 62% to 35%. Sanders, meanwhile, is up 66% to 34% among those ages 18 to 49.
