...that's a little like asking how a kid is doing in math, say, after the second day of school. Things may be looking good, but there hasn't been a test, quiz, or assignment yet.

I'm in northeastern NC and it has been hitting for 24+ hours now. Lots of really bad flooding on Hatteras & Ocracoke islands. Of course we're very used to being toataly ignored if we get hit by a storm and it so much as rains anywhere furter north.
Having said that, best wishes to anyone in the path of the storm. We're somewhat used to these things down here (just like folks up north are more used to driving in the snow). Take care all.
