(9,086 posts)I'm willing to bet these protesters are much more informed about the issues and Hillary's record than 95% of her fans.

(18,628 posts)I saw signs of everything from the transcripts to stopping deportation, an issue Clinton is not even involved in as far as I know. Polls show that 83% of these people will show up to vote for her in November.
Everyone who listens to Rush Limbaugh thinks they're informed about Hillary's record too. The woman who cuts my hair knows for a fact that Hillary was in the room when Vince Foster committed suicide.

(9,086 posts)didn't spell it out clearly enough for you. Even though there are probably 20 or more signs addressing different issues and you could address any of them.
On deportation, I think there was a sign there referring to Hillary detaining and rejecting child refugees from Central America, something she supported as secretary of state, something widely rejected by immigration and refugee activists.
" 83% of these people " ... of which people? And to be honest whether or not they can vote doesn't cancel out the significance of their statements. Voting is just one way to get a point across but that way isn't open for everybody.
JohnnyRingo
(18,628 posts)Otherwise, what's the point?
Polls show that only 17% of registered voters will either stay home or vote otherwise if Hillary is the nominee. You apparently misunderstood my percentage of those who will vote for Hillary in November.

(18,628 posts)...that changes everything.
I was all for a Hillary Clinton White House, but now I'm voting for Trump to help these protesters.
hahahaha

(25,026 posts)I'm also have no basis to declare them as stupid either, it is within the realm of possibility that they have some strong and legitimate grievances regarding some of her policies and actions particularly in Central American.
All we saw is they were angry and against Clinton, we have no idea why. Protest of Clinton is not by any stretch of the imagination.

Do you know America Ferrera? Her family is from Honduras. She has been there many times (have you?) she knows the situation much, much more than you, and she is working hard to get Hillary elected.
I'm deeply involved in that world. The vast majority of Hondurans (and all Central Americans) support Hillary. Or Do you really believe there were no Hondurans or Central Americans at her event? I GUARANTEE you, that there were many, many inside who support her, know what really happened from the INSIDE, not from American leftist propaganda.

(30,481 posts)I don't think any of us knows what Trump is going to bring. We might have a great chance to make some big moves in this election. We have been as close as three votes away from a real pathway to citizenship possibility. That's close.
Clinton will be one of our strongest voices on that effort.

(11,945 posts)Clinton supporter, have you ever made a high-minded comment? Or is it all just Hill Bro taunting and ridicule?
Do you think we would ever "come around" for your candidate? Her unpopularity numbers are very high. I wouldn't be surprised if her supporters had a bit (just a bit) to do with it. Who knows, when it all adds up, it might be enough to sink her -- if the law doesn't do it first.

(11,945 posts)You can push your sold-out, war-mongering corporate candidate all you want. You can use a shocking gif in your sig line to show what is in your heart.
But the people will never stop seeking a just society. Guess you'll just have to get used to it.

(12,232 posts)The line has been drawn between the progressive Latino community and the conservative Hispanics, said Herbert Siguenza, who was demonstrating outside and is one of three members of the Latino/Chicano comedy troupe Culture Clash.
Latinos were protesting outside, and Hispanics were inside [with Hillary Clinton], said Siguenza, who said the label Hispanic was a more conservative government establishment term assigned to people of Spanish-speaking countries.
Siguenza said he attended the protest because he couldnt believe Clinton was in East L.A. on Cinco de Mayo. The Hispanic pandering is obvious, he said.

I was very happy to see so many millennials participating and agitating, said Herbert Siguenza, the member of Culture Clash.
Im proud of the young people with consciences who came out today and are saying something is wrong with this country, Siguenza said.
