1. Sadly, it did happen. It was not a glowing time for Democrats.

But, now the other Clinton is going to make it all right. She's just "in bed" with anyone with money...figuratively speaking of course. It's common usage...just a bit more poignant here, I'll admit.

a woman (or women) who was/were allegedly raped or sexually assaulted by Bill Clinton in Arkansas. I don't think it is entirely made up, but it is probably been wildly blown out of proportion by right wing pundits. I don't know the details but I've seen references to something like this.

3. She benefitted from being the scorned woman

smiling and strolling hand-in-hand with her husband and Chelsea (poor thing), and dismissing the fact that it was Bill who had asked officers and staff to provide him with, um, women. I knew then she had her eyes on the White House and Bill was her only way in. That's how badly she wants The Job.

If you're that desperate for nooky and don't care who knows about it, it strays into addiction territory. You know, it's always the fault of the woman being ready and willing.

perhaps the camp would have more sympathy here if it weren't one of their favorite tactics.

That Bill has been something of a hound dog is common knowledge. What I don't know about is the vengeance that Hillary has allegedly wreaked on said women.....

Hillary threatened her in some way if she were to come forward with that information. I'm not sure what the threat was alleged to be nor how believable this woman is. I don't pay much attention to this kind of things but it came across my computer screen at some point.

I'm sure there are probably more.

“We have to destroy her story,” Mrs. Clinton said in 1991 of Connie Hamzy, one of the first women to come forward during her husband’s first presidential campaign, according to George Stephanopoulos, a former Clinton administration aide who described the events in his memoir, “All Too Human.” (Three people signed sworn affidavits saying Ms. Hamzy’s story was false.)

When Gennifer Flowers later surfaced, saying that she had had a long affair with Mr. Clinton, Mrs. Clinton undertook an “aggressive, explicit direction of the campaign to discredit” Ms. Flowers, according to an exhaustive biography of Mrs. Clinton, “A Woman in Charge,” by Carl Bernstein.

Mrs. Clinton referred to Monica Lewinsky, the White House intern who had an affair with the 42nd president, as a “narcissistic loony toon,” according to one of her closest confidantes, Diane D. Blair, whose diaries were released to the University of Arkansas after her death in 2000.
(snip)
Over the years, the Clinton effort to cast doubt on the women included using words like “floozy,” “bimbo” and “stalker,” and raising questions about their motives. James Carville, a longtime strategist for Mr. Clinton, was especially cutting in attacking Ms. Flowers. “If you drag a hundred-dollar bill through a trailer park, you never know what you’ll find,” Mr. Carville said of Ms. Flowers. (Mr. Carville has maintained that earlier reports indicating that he had made the remark about Paula Jones, another Clinton accuser, were incorrect.)

I recognize exactly where many of the words used in comments have come from in the past. I don't think it paints a pretty picture but at least it makes things clear.
