9. I found it odd because Romney's support went down in Rasmussen over the past week

A week ago Romney was at (+4) or (+5) and now he is down to (+2).

only Democrats. I don't think they did that.
It could be that 16% of Dems in that pole but since it was not specifically a pole of Dems they do not represent Dems as a whole. If you do use it to represent all Dems the margin of error would be so large it would be meaningless.

still have no power. I suppose you can take a small sample from those you might reach on the east coast and weight it. But does Rasmussen even call the east coast? Makes one wonder, doesn't it?

Then private companies can come in and tell the town what it will cost to rebuild their roads, etc. and their homes.....let them.

When you consider Rasmussen is a republican poll.. and that phony is up by 2% nationally - This is not bad at all for the Pres as far as
popular vote is concerned. But, I'm STILL nervous as heck... they can steal it once again..

Almost certainly less. I expect Obama 49, Romney 48 or something close to that.
