Susan Sarandon says one reason she won’t endorse Hillary Clinton in a general election against Donald Trump is that “she could have health issues.”

Conservative critics of the likely Democratic nominee have whispered the same thing for months, pointing to coughing fits and a 2012 concussion to raise doubts about her ability to serve as president. Sarandon, a Bernie Sanders supporter, said in a recent interview with Larry King that she wasn’t even sure Clinton would get the nomination.

“I’m not saying I endorse Hillary,” the “Thelma and Louise” star told King. “I’m not. I’m gonna say I’m gonna wait and see what happens. There’s a lot of things that could happen.”
