Yes, there has been. Clinton may be in trouble...
31,000 e-mails deleted for personal reasons, 30,000 were not deleted.

While Karl Rove personally managed to delete all of his e-mail, not all of the deleted e-mails may have been recovered by the FBI. They were being sorted into "work" and "personal". This means some were not personal.

Destruction of evidence?
Obstruction of justice?
