Why is Gary Johnson not included in any polling?

I don't see how any polls can be completely accurate if they aren't even including him as an option in their polling.. That is why I think Obama's Colorado numbers are looking very close to Romney.. The last I heard is that Johnson would draw at least 3pts away from Romney in Colorado.. Is this why the polls there seem to be closer?

Regardless of how the election goes, they'll point to the Johnson numbers in several states and claim that's why it was so hard to predict.

How can they ignore a possible factor like Gary Johnson's possible affect on final vote counts?

because it would seem that the polls wouldn't get a complete picture, especially in a state like Colorado.. I know he won't get a very large number of votes, but you have to think he would pull from Romney..
