(50,130 posts)But....I understand that you are passing through the five stages of grief.
First one is denial. Then anger.

Hillary will lose to Trump, if you force us there.

(50,130 posts)If you can pierce through the five stages of grief.
Otherwise, anything you say here has no merit.

(19,877 posts)It is an opinion piece that tries to counter the actual legal experts who say Hillary will not be indicted.

(13,877 posts)That she will not (we shall see) be indicted has nothing to do with her 1) willful disregard for the law 2) Ignoring protocol 3) Immature or childish narcissist who goes rogue, when necessary 4) Pushing her folly while ridiculing the President and the country in the eyes of the world.
Now, her defense is "she just didn't understand". "She's a Boomer" born before the internet. So, is she stupid, or just arrogant.
The Foundation will bring her down. You can't launder money like she did and get away with it. That is criminal...Pay to Play.

(25,816 posts)Why do the HRC supporters stick their heads in the sand?
There can be only a couple of reasons--Blind loyalty--she can do no wrong.
She's a woman so it doesn't matter.
Willful ignorance--knowing better but not caring.
Facts are pesky, and yes, I too put truth above party. The Democratic Party should be founded on truth.

(25,816 posts)What she did was illegal. I believe the FBI will recommend charges and then Lynch will decide
not to prosecute. But the damage will be (has already been) done. Thanks HRC for taking the party down.
JaneyVee
(19,877 posts)So no, nothing was actually illegal. Unless you find out Hillary knowingly tried to subvert American security and intel, you got nothing.

(25,816 posts)She knowing broke the law. Her server was NOT secure, and according to intel experts was hacked
by foreign (i.e. China and Russia) governments. Please research this deeper. It's not going away.
Even if she is not indicted, this episode shows such poor judgment that she should not be
qualified to lead our country.
JaneyVee
(19,877 posts)And no, there was no foreign hacks and nothing illegal. Sorry ti burst your bubble. No one cares about this.

I have no background in investigative journalism or law. I have not gone to law school, journalism school, or ever worked for a newspaper, magazine or any other publication. Thats why you may see scattered typos, grammar mistakes and incorrect legal phrasing. I tried to write this as deeply and as quickly as possible before I thought this story would be told by someone else. Please send proof-reads my way if you notice any, I am still going back and correcting mistakes here and there.

(15,805 posts)Note that the first word of the actual title of the essay cited in link is "OPINION"... yes, it's written in a big font, all caps. This in immediately followed by a disclaimer stating, "Editors Note: This article was originally published on the authors blog. The following is an abridged version. The full version can be read here."
OK so now we all are aware that this is some bloggers personal opinion, so who is this blogger and what are his credentials that makes him a credible writer that anyone should find believable? Well, here's what he has to say for himself:
"My name is Chetan Hebbale (CHAY-THIN, HUH-BALL-EH). I got a good kick out of making that pronunciation guide.

This is sheer desperation. When you're reduced to scrolling through Google searching looking for crap like this to post, it's time to pack up your wagon and go home.
