7. Alan Keyes (from Maryland) may have been crazy, but he was a hell of a lot smarter

than Michael Steele. Steele has to one of the densest politicians I have ever seen. He really should have stayed as an ordained minister, where he could read and quote from the same book for the rest of his life.
