he also wins NV, CO, NC, FL and flips IA for a 269-269 tie or WI for a win.
All this is to say, he can't realistically win without OH. Without OH, it is all hail mary's and fat chances.

Barring a very big surprise, Obama has 263 votes in the bag: everything on the east coast from DC north; the west coast; MI, IL, WI, MN and IA in the midwest; and NV and NM in the west. So either OH, VA, or CO puts him over the top; the rest is gravy.
