Obama to focus on TPP, arms embargo on Vietnam trip

Obama sold me on TPP. It's the right thing to do and will keep power away from Putin in Southeast Asia.

We got a minimum wage in Brunei and a higher minimum wage in Vietnam, but Vietnam at least still retains the power to appoint labor union officers (we did manage to pull those teeth from Malaysia and Brunei, at least...)

The arms embargo stuff... well, I mean, I guess exports are exports, but this seems to be a giant bird being flipped to China.
