Oh, look at that. Rasmussen's Clinton vs Trump poll swings six points back to Clinton...in one week

From 37-42 (Trump +5) last week to 40-39 (Clinton +1).

Major reason for the change? Clinton now supported by 75% of the black demographic vs 57% last week.

And that should tell you exactly how seriously you should take the Rasmussen weekly tracking poll.

the Republican with the fake threat that the 'herd' is moving in that direction. Probably involves fractals that people have internalized from observations in actual herd animals and flocks of birds. It may work better on country folk.
