(223 posts)with a 3 pt national lead. POTUS won PA by 10 in 2008. He will win by 7 or 8 now, win by 3-5 nationally.

(1,835 posts)Very clear that President Obama is riding a wave heading into the final weekend. If PA is locked down like this along with a 3 point national lead, we've got this unless its stolen from us. This was Romney's last hope.

(209 posts)This was the last PPP poll for PA back in 2008. It had Obama leading by 8 points. Obama went on to win the state by 10.3 points in total. This poll has Obama leading by 6 points. My money is on Obama winning PA by at least 6 points, possibly by 8 to 10. The only thing I've been wondering about is any power outages in PA in Democratic areas. Does anyone have any info on that?
By the way, listening to the callers on CSPAN. All calls have been positive on Obama.

(4,551 posts)It looks like Wisconsin is going to be the one that's a little close for comfort this year, not Pennsylvania.
On the Senate race, the right-wing media has been claiming this week that they have a chance to beat Casey, but I just don't see the numbers being there for Smith.
Apparently the Chamber of Commerce, vile organization that it is, is trying to trash Casey with more negative ads, but it's not going to be enough.
